The room was cozy, but the water pressure was terrible .

Soundproof & cheap rooms with a comfortable bed, a powerful hot. Excellent facilities.

The room was budget and tidy and what's more - included shower facilities, a bidet and fresh towels. Location: the hotel was just off southern bus terminal, Near tourist spots and Colon Street which is the commercial and eating hub and the port. It also was good to stay in downtown.

The restaurant's deafening music made dining impossible!!! Maintenance is sorely needed-broken cupboards, chipped tiles, and lukewarm showers. The bizarre linen policy feels more like a money grab than genuine care!!! Watch out for hidden fees!!!

The bathroom situation was dreadful, with no separation for the shower and everything getting wet. No towels in the room-only one per adult after asking multiple times. I nearly gave a good review, but with all these issues, it was just too much to overlook. Maybe royalty should get better treatment?

Brilliant experience there. Modern rooms with a large bed, a powerful hot, a fast WiFi, always professional and service-minded staff. Decent and reasonable location for visiting restaurants and bars. Easy to reach a bus stop close to the hotel.

Just a commendable fit for a swift stopover in Cebu with good price value. The air-conditioned room was great for resting after long travels. Bring your own toiletries since the provided ones are minimal.

The location near the bus terminal was great for catching our ride. Beds in the family room were comfortable, perfect for our group. The staff consistently offered assistance whenever we needed it. The bathroom situation could use improvement. Water pressure was poor. And minimal toiletries in the room was a hassle. The common areas were inviting, but I wish the music at the restaurant wasn't so loud.
